Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct - The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with four rooms with the trade name, namely, “D” from the fourth floor of the building located in Guri-si, Guri-si.

At around 23:55 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 110,000 from customers; (b) assisted female employees to engage in sexual intercourse with their customers; and (c) arranged sexual intercourse in the same manner in the said business from April 26, 2012 to September 11, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Defendants’ co-principal - Defendant A, 2014 type No. 46892, Sept. 12, 2014, filed a report on closure of business with respect to the business establishment as prescribed by Article 2014 type No. 46892, supra. However, Defendant B, who employed Defendant B as the president and the employee, had Defendant B engage in business again, and had Defendant B engage in business, such as receiving the price of commercial sex acts from customers at the business establishment set forth in paragraph 1, and providing guidance to the room in which commercial sex acts take place.

Accordingly, around September 17, 2014, the Defendants conspired to receive 110,000 won from customers at the business establishment referred to in paragraph (1) and arranged female employees E to act as a sexual intercourse with their customers.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
