1. On July 201, Defendant A, with the knowledge of the fact that Defendant B and joint criminal administration committed an accident of personal information DB disclosed by male-friendly arrest B on the Internet, and again sold money, he/she asked B to perform the same work, and he/she again received DB disclosed with B and received and sold money to others.
Defendant A conspired with B to receive disclosed personal information, and received the disclosed personal information from July 15, 201 to December 31, 2012, at the Daegu Seo-gu E, Defendant A’s house, or at the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 401 Dong and 910, the personal information DB possessed by a person who was unable to obtain his/her name, knew of the fact that the personal information was divulged in an unsound manner without his/her consent, and even though he/she was aware of the fact that the personal information was divulged in an irregular manner without his/her consent, Defendant A was provided with the personal information from his/her name, resident registration number, cell phone number, address, workplace name, etc. / [1] of the attached list of crimes in which the name, resident registration number, and cell phone number of his/her name were used from his/her name, and the divulged personal information was divulged.
