A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Busan Branch's Busan Branch's Branch's Branch's on 17 October 2007, and on 15 October 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court's Seoul Southern District Court's Branch's three times of the same electricity.
