Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2013, at around 22:35, the Defendant parked a Dived motor vehicle, which was driven by the Defendant, in the alley (threem wide) following C Elementary School located in B, and left the site, thereby hindering traffic by allowing the Defendant to pass the above way on the land, which is a common road for the traffic of the general public.
