Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

1. The injured Defendant is a person who was working as a sales staff in Busan Dong-gu Model C, Busan, and the victim D(39 years of age) is the head of the team of the above Model D.

Around June 24, 2019, the Defendant, at the public relations center of the above model, was asked for the quality of his/her duties from the director of the public relations headquarters on his/her name in order to take him/her away, and caused damage to the right-hand arms that require approximately 14-day treatment to the victim by shouldering the part of the victim's right-hand arms in order to out the Defendant's hand.

2. On June 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found the victim D's office located on the second floor of the above model hybrid; (b) found the victim, the head of the team, who was the victim, who was the victim of the previous dismissal; and (c) caused the damage to golf loans, which are dangerous articles to be prepared in advance, to the victim's market price on the book.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
