Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Seoul Northern District Court on July 19, 2016, and was sentenced to two years of suspended execution on July 27, 2016, and is still under suspended execution.

On February 19, 2017, around 09:45, the Defendant driven a Drocketing car without obtaining a driver's license from around 1km section from the mid-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Myeonpdong to the same 339-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
