피고인들은 위와 같은 공모에 따라 2016. 6. 27. 01:00 경 군산시 대야면 지 경리 일대 선로 순시 적출 해소 공사현장에 이르러 그곳에 있는 피해자 한국 전력 공사가 관리하는 전신주에서 중성선 (WO60 ㎟) 을 절취하기로 마음먹고, 피고인 A은 미리 준비한 사다리와 볼트를 이용하여 전신주에 올라가 절단기로 피해자 소유의 전선( 길이 470m) 시가 2,600,000원 상당을 절단하고, 피고인 B는 망을 보며 바닥에 떨어진 전선을 거두어 피고인들이 운행하는 차량에 싣고 가지고 가는 등, 그때부터 2016. 11. 2.까지 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 11회에 걸쳐 같은 방법으로 피해자 한국 전력 공사 소유의 전선( 길이 약 7,582m) 시가 합계 18,075,000원 상당을 가지고 가 절취하였다.
