A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 18, 2012, and was not a person handling narcotics, who completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on November 29, 201

1. On July 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a psychotropic drug-related mail terminal at the Incheon High-speed Bus Terminal located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, 15,000 won for purchase of psychotropic drugs-related Meblopon (hereinafter “copon”); (b) opened it on the entrance reporting block of the above high-speed bus terminal parking lot so that C may bring about it; (c) opened from the above high-speed bus terminal with approximately 2.5g of philopon; and (d) purchased high-speed bus freight with approximately 2.5g of philopon from the above high-speed bus terminal; and (e) purchased it on July 11, 2014 by inserting approximately 0.1g of philopon purchased from C from the Defendant’s residence in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City Dial Housing; and (e) administering 0.5 gram of the Defendant’s Mepopon by dilutioning it with the Defendant’s me.

2. At around 11:00 on July 17, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the cophophones in the same manner, and administered approximately 0.05g to E in the same manner.

3. On July 21, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 2.12 gramopon in the G Hospital Emergency room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which was purchased from the said C, after being administered as above; and (b) possessed them in the way of keeping them in the Defendant’s bank.

4. On April 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.45g of 0.45g of philopon from C on the street in the vicinity of the steel market in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-dong, Incheon. On April 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.1g of the philopon from C, using a disposable injection device after dilutioning approximately KRW 0.1g of the philopon at the back of the Defendant’s house in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and from the back of the blopon on April 2014.
