1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On July 25, 2011, Plaintiff A was working at AP Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AP”), and applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis on July 29, 201. However, on September 29, 2011, the Defendant rendered a disposition of non-approval for medical care in accordance with the determination that the Plaintiff’s result in the Pneumoconiosis Review Board’s review and determination that “mick-type 0/0, complication-type t (non-sive tuberculosis), and cardiopulmonary function F0 (normal).”

B. On July 25, 2011, Plaintiff B applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis on July 25, 201. However, on October 19, 201, the Defendant rendered to Plaintiff B a disposition of non-approval for medical care in accordance with the judgment that “the pneumoconiosis-type 0/0, and cardiopulmonary function 0(normal)” as a result of deliberation by the Pneumoconiosis Review Committee.

C. On August 11, 201, the Plaintiff C applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis as a person who had worked in the Bluan mine and applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis. However, on September 29, 201, the Defendant rendered to the Plaintiff C a disposition not to grant medical care according to the determination that the Plaintiff C is “0/0 of pneumoconiosis type and 01 cardiopulmonary injury” as a result of deliberation by the Pneumoconiosis Review Committee.

D The Defendant applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis on August 1, 201 as a person who was working in sexual friendship Co., Ltd., but on September 29, 201, the Defendant rendered the Plaintiff D a disposition of non-approval for medical care according to the determination that it is “0/0 of pneumoconiosis-type, complication-type, tact-type, and f0(normal)” as a result of the Pneumoconiosis Review Committee’s review.

E. On September 29, 201, Plaintiff E applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis as a person who worked as a scrap and crushing operator for about 22 years and one month in AP cement, and the Defendant applied for medical care for pneumoconiosis to the Defendant. On September 29, 201, the Defendant rendered the Plaintiff E a disposition of non-approval for medical care in accordance with the determination that the Plaintiff’s result of the Pneumoconiosis Review Committee’s review is “mick-type 0/0, complication (non-activity pulmonary tuberculosis), pt (plepab), and cardiopulmonary function F0 (normal).”
