A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death Resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in BMW motor vehicle;
around 03:13 on December 8, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and led to the flow of the GIC and the 45 national branch located in the Sinsi-dong of the wife population to the Geibbbbbbbbbb in the Giban-si.
