1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

(b) the facts of the basis;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that sells, keeps, entrusts with, and sells the special lectures and ices, and sells the entrusted services. The Defendant is a company that sells and manufactures the ices and steel products.

B. Around July 5, 2013, the Defendant received an order from G, the name of the Department of Esmers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Smers”) as the head of Esmers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Smers”).

C. Upon receipt of the Defendant’s order, on July 5, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) supplied E-mail Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant Co., Ltd”); (b) 19,216kgs (hereinafter “instant Co., Ltd”; (c) confirmed that the Defendant’s representative director D received the payment of the instant Co., Ltd. from the Defendant’s Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant agreement”), and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 62,355,920 as the price to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant agreement”). (d) concluded that the Plaintiff would pay the Plaintiff KRW 62,320,920 as the price to the Plaintiff.

On July 5, 2013, the Plaintiff, a freight truck transport engineer, notified the Plaintiff’s Intervenor G of the phone number of “G in charge of KS scamping” when requesting transportation of the instant co-day.

E. On July 6, 2013, the Plaintiff’s Intervenor transported the instant Co., Ltd., and arrived at the KS 410-11, as in the back of the wife population, and called the said G phone number before leaving the instant co., at that place, G called the Plaintiff’s Intervenor on the phone number, and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor requested the Plaintiff’s Intervenor to “the Plaintiff’s Intervenor received additional transportation expenses due to the Plaintiff’s change of the HS which was at the time of the low-land ethyl.”

F. The Plaintiff’s Intervenor accepted the above request and transported HS ethyl, which was located in Sinstiting. At that place, G and currency followed the instant co-days, and at the time of the lower discharge, the Defendant was paid the price of the instant co-days from KSs to the Defendant.
