1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 205,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 through 4 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff may be acknowledged as having lent KRW 25 million to the Defendant on May 23, 2005. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 5, 2014, the day following the delivery day of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment.
2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
