A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 8, 2006, and was sentenced to a fine of one million and five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on October 4, 2006.

The defendant is a person driving a BMW car.

At around 23:00 on December 17, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car from the front line of the restaurant near the new and American railway station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and driven it under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.153% of blood alcohol concentration from the 2.7km section under the Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to the Hannam-do, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and driven it under the influence of alcohol with about 0.153% of blood alcohol concentration, and around 23:20 on the same day, the above Gangnambuk-do road was driven along three-lanes of the five-lane

As above, the Defendant did not discover the victim C (IS 31 years of age) who was driving the said vehicle while driving the vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and did not find the victim C (IS 31 years of age)'s dh-p-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-

In the end, the Defendant suffered from the injury such as the pipe of the part in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim E (n, 38 years of age) who is the victim C and the victim victim E (n, n, 38 years of age), and the human salt of each part.
