The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 6, 2017, Defendant A posted a statement of comments on “C” articles posted on the Internet portal site B at a place where the location cannot be known, and publicly insulting the complainant by publicly insulting the complainant by posting a statement of comments on “this is the same day that is frequently known.”

2. We examine the judgment. This is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when a complaint is filed pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim withdraws a complaint on December 20, 2018, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
