A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 22, 2015, at around 04:30, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury, etc.) caused the victim E (Nam, 19 years of age) who is an employee of the company located in the north-gu Busan Northern District, to perform a pro-Japanese work instead of a sudden stop, and caused a pro-Japanese F to perform a pro-Japanese work on behalf of the company in the D emergency room operated by the company in Busan north-gu, Busan, the Defendant saw the victim E to spath and spath off, and boomed the victim E to spathn in his hand, and cut off the victim E’s left part by twice, and cut down the spathn and spath once.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and put the victim E on the left-hand side in need of treatment for about 10 days.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective., deadly weapons, etc.), at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and at the same time and place, made one time the victim F ( South and 18 years old)'s left arms with the reason mentioned above.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the Victim F.

3. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단.흉기등협박) 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서 위와 같은 이유로 피해자 E, 피해자 F에게 신발을 벗게 한 후 망치로 피해자들의 발가락 근처 바닥을 치면서 “발가락 하나를 꼭 부숴 놔야겠다”, “니 발가락이 부서질래 E이 니 머리통을 터뜨려줄까”, “새끼발가락 하나만 아무나 맞아라”라고 말을 하면서 약 30분가량 위 피해자들을 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
