Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On March 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.059% among blood transfusion around 21:50 on March 27, 2017, and driven the D gas station collapse road in Kim Jong-si C along the two-lanes between the two-lanes.
