Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:20 on December 15, 2018, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 40 km from the front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon to the front of the public parking lot No. 540-6, Ansan-si to the front of the second public parking lot.
