A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) is a person who did not obtain a driver’s license for a motor bicycle and is the owner of B 49C X-50 Oba (hereinafter “Defendant’s Obaba”).

On January 30, 2019, at around 16:02, the Defendant: (a) driven the Defendant’s urbane in approximately 1.5km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-si, to the front of the E in the same city, and (b) parked in the front of E, and (c) parked in F-owned G 125C JET 14 OET 14 (hereinafter “F”).

Then, at around 16:18 on the same day, the Defendant driven a Defendant’s 100-meter section from the front road to the near road of the same time, parked in the vicinity of H and moved back to the front road of E. At around 16:21 on the same day, the Defendant driven a F’s gate from approximately 2.7 km to the front road of the Defendant’s residence, parked in the front road of the Defendant’s residence and moved back again from around 16:43 on the same day to the front road of the Defendant’s residence, driving a gate from approximately 1.4 km to the front road of the Defendant’s residence.

As a result, the Defendant driven the Defendant's Otoba and F's Otoba without obtaining a driver's license on January 30, 2019.

2. On January 30, 2019, in the vicinity of the E parking lot located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, the Defendant discovered that kids in the victim F, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 2.840,00,000, placed in the victim F, as prescribed in paragraph 1, carried out a kids by breaking up the crepan, thereby driving the kids in the cret.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim F's property.
