Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the support of the Daejeon District Court on February 20, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 28, 2014, and was present during the suspended sentence and was present at the same time.

On May 19, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 09:50 on May 19, 2015, driven a vehicle from the parking lot of training hospital located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the entrance of the 30km Coast Guard, Seo-gu, Seosan-gu.
