Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B were in the past relationship.

1. Around June 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information (Defamation) (hereinafter “Defamation”) against four persons, including D, using a mobile phone from SNS “None Star Program,” using a mobile phone from 2.302, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the Defendant threatened the victim by the above method.
