1. The defendant transfers to the plaintiff the bonds listed in the attached list, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over the Republic of Korea.

A. As to the Plaintiff, a pledge of KRW 500 million is established and a promissory note of KRW 160 million is notarized (hereinafter “the first letter”) was prepared and delivered to the Plaintiff.

The main contents of the first letter related to the instant case are as follows.

1. N establishes a pledge right of KRW 500,000 against the instant subordinated mortgage to the Plaintiff or a person designated by the Plaintiff while taking over the instant subordinated mortgage from the Plaintiff, and grants notarized promissory notes of KRW 160,000,000 to the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff.

2. The remainder of KRW 1-2) 500 million out of the amount under the above paragraph 1 is proved and cancelled when there is no interest in the loans of KRW 4 billion from the first priority J pledge to each of the real estate of this case. 3. N is responsible for the repayment of KRW 4 billion from the date of entry into force of this letter, and if it is impossible to repay that amount, N is fully responsible for the overdue interest of KRW 4 billion from J. J. 1 to November 20, 2015 (including the interest on the loans of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 won. The portion is written by N. 5.0,000,000 won in the name of the Plaintiff, 200,000,000 won in the name of each of the Plaintiff, including the interest on July 8, 2015 (including the interest on the loans of KRW 20,500,000,00).

5 E submits to the Seoul Central District Court, on December 8, 2016, a power of attorney stating “the purpose of the registration: Cancellation of the pledge right;” “the cancellation: the pledge right; the pledge right; the Plaintiff and the pledgee”; the debtor and the pledger N; the Plaintiff and N’s agent E”; and the date of preparation.”
