Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on November 8, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Intrusion a structure;
A. On October 15, 2012, at around 11:15, the Defendant: (a) entered a warehouse managed by the victim D of the first floor of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul (Seoul) with an open door to theft of property; and (b) intruded the victim’s structure.
B. At around 13:50 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered a warehouse managed by the Defendant F of the Victim F of the 1st floor EF of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) entered the warehouse through an open gate to steal the property; and (c) intruded the victim’s structure.
2. Larceny;
A. The Defendant, at the same date, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1. A, stolen the electric wires equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price in which the victim D was kept for the work of electric installations.
B. At the same time and place as Paragraph 1.b., the Defendant stolen the victim F by taking out gas temperature water leveling to KRW 100,000 at the market price in a warehouse and making it on the wall.
