A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special intimidation: (a) around 17:40 on October 26, 2016, the Defendant: (b) in the “E” restaurant located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (c) threatened the Victim F (59 years old) who was drinking alcoholic beverages on the side table table table, while drinking alcoholic beverages, with a face-to-face disease, which is a dangerous thing; and (d) threatened the Defendant’s prison.

On October 26, 2016, around 18:30 on October 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) did not inform the police officers and security guards belonging to the police station G District, which was dispatched with intimidation of the same content as the description at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1; (b) and (c) was arrested as a current offender; (d) subsequently, the Defendant expressed the said H’s desire to read “spacke, embling, and embling,” and assaulted the said H’s left shoulder.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reports.

3. 모욕 피고인은 2016. 10. 26. 18:40 경부터 같은 날 19:20 경까지 사이에 청주 시 상당구 I에 있는 ‘G 지구대’ 내에서, 조사를 받던 중 F 및 다른 경찰관들이 있는 가운데 위 지구대 소속 여자경찰 관인 피해자 J, 피해자 K에게 “ 내가 잘못한 게 뭐 있어 이년 아, 싸가지 없는 년이, 야 이 썅 년 아 어 따 대고 어른한테 못생긴 새끼가” 라고 큰소리로 욕을 하고, 계속하여 위 지구대 소속 경찰관 피해자 L에게도 “ 나이도 어린 새끼가 까불지 마, 니가 나를 좌지우지 하려고 하지 마, 너한테 허락한 것 없어 좆 까고 있어 어 따 대구서 개새끼 병신 같은 새끼가 ”라고 큰 소리로 욕을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
