1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 500,000,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from August 20, 2015 to February 9, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. Status of the parties 1) A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”).

(2) Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a Japanese company that manufactures and sells metal products, such as textile materials, textile products, mine products, steel products, steel aluminium, fuel, synthetic resin, fodder, feed, fluor, fruits, fruits, livestock products, machinery and apparatus, fishery products, raw materials, timber products, civil engineering and construction materials, miscellaneous products, miscellaneous products, and other all other materials, such as miscellaneous goods, wholesale business, agency business, export and import business, and the largest shareholder who owns 4,706,233 shares of the total issued shares of the instant company (24.99%).

3) The remainder of the Defendants except the Defendant Company are both executives and employees of the Defendant Company, and directors or representative directors of the instant company as indicated in the table below (hereinafter the remainder of the Defendants except the Defendant Company are collectively referred to as “Defendant Directors”; and Defendant D is referred to as “Defendant D”.

(2) Around March 19, 2010 to March 28, 2014, the term of status of Defendant Company as D and other non-executive directors, during the period of status in the instant company, from March 19, 2010 to March 28, 2014, the representative director, from March 19, 2010 to March 30, 2012, from March 28, 2013 to March 28, 2013, the representative director, from March 30, 2012 to March 30, 2012, the inside director, from March 30, 2012 to March 28, 2014, and other non-executive directors from March 22, 2014 to March 28, 2014.
