Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are those who work as social workers at the International Day Protection Center (an institution that provides protection, education, and rehabilitation for persons with severe disabilities) located in He/she is obligated to protect and supervise persons with disabilities registered at the said Day Protection Center.

1. Defendant C’s sole criminal conduct

A. On May 3, 2016, at around 13:59, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the body of a disabled person with disabilities on the ground that the Victim J (25 years of age) who is a disabled person of the level 1 with a self-pulmonary disability did not participate in the said daytime Protection Center’s program and paid sound without participating in the said daytime Protection Center’s program.

B. On May 4, 2016, around 10:24, the Defendant committed assault on the body of a disabled person by breaking the victim’s bridge to the victim’s bridge for the aforementioned reasons.

On May 4, 2016, around 11:27, the Defendant committed assault on the body of a disabled person who will display his/her left arms to the victim’s left arms for the foregoing reasons.

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant committed an assault against the body of a disabled person by breaking the damaged person, etc. as stated above, in the above classes around 11:28.

E. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant committed an assault on the body of a disabled person by displaying the victim’s face by hand for the foregoing reasons in the above classes around 15:42.

F. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant committed assault against the body of the disabled person, following the victim’s right to the right side of the victim, on the following grounds: (a) around 12:43, the Defendant committed assault against the body of the disabled person.

G. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant committed assault on the body of a disabled person by taking advantage of the victim’s knife as seen above, in the above classes around 13:06.

H. On May 9, 2016, around 15:47, the Defendant committed assault against the body of the disabled person on the left side of the victim due to the foregoing reasons.

I. On May 10, 2016, the Defendant is in the superior class around 10:47.
