Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2004, the defendant was issued a summary order of 700,000 won for a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court's net support on July 1, 2004, and on September 14, 2007, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On March 28, 2008, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for 4 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and issued a summary order of 1.5 million won by the same court on July 15, 201.

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the Birst cargo vehicle at approximately 2 km from the front side of the Mancheon-dong, Mancheon-dong without a driver’s license, to the entrance road of the Mancheon-dong, Ocheon-dong.
