Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 1976, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on December 23, 1976; on September 20, 1977, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on June 8, 1979; on September 5, 1981, the Defendant was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Suwon District Court on September 5, 1981; on May 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Jeju District Court on May 28, 2018; and on October 28, 2018, the Jeju District Court sentenced the Defendant to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion intrusion larceny, etc. at the Jeju District Court on February 28, 2018.

On January 10, 2019, at around 05:14, the Defendant: (a) opened a door, opened a door, and opened a door, and opened a door to the victim’s cash on the top of the front line; and (b) opened a wall for male use at the market price where two copies of credit cards are located.
