The accused shall announce the summary of the judgment of innocence.

The summary order subject to review and the summary of the facts charged of the summary order subject to review (the Military Court of Jeonju) is amended by Act No. 7832, Dec. 30, 2005; Article 86 of the former Road Act (wholly amended by Act No. 8976, Mar. 21, 2008); Article 86 of the former Road Act (wholly amended by Act No. 8976, Mar. 21, 2008); Article 86 of the same Act provides that "If an agent or employee of the corporation violates the former part of Article 84 of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the business of the corporation under Article 84 of the former part of the Criminal Procedure Act, such as the agent or employee of the corporation under Article 86 of the former part of the former part of the same Act, which is the applicable provisions of the prosecution of this case; Article 208 (1) 3 of the same Act."
