A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

4.70,000 won shall be collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be reasonable.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than narcotics handler, shall sell or administer Metepopa (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as philophones), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant and B are not narcotics handlers.

1. The Defendant: (a) around January 2016, at the street room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, paid KRW 1 million to D; and (b) received approximately KRW 1g of opphones and traded opphones.

2. The Defendant and B, around the same time as paragraph 1, 301, in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu E 301, the Defendant: (a) divided approximately 0.2g of phiphones purchased as above into two in a single-time injection instrument; and (b) dilution them with raw water; and (c) injected phiphones in collusion with the Defendant and B by injecting them respectively.
