A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a C-5 car.

around 15:10 on May 31, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the right side to the office of Sung-Eup, the front way of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu.

Since the location is an intersection with a lot of vehicle traffic, there was a duty of care for those who are engaged in the driving of the motor vehicle to live well on the front side and to prevent accidents by properly manipulating the steering and brakes.
