Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Western District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on January 18, 2017.

1. Around October 2, 2017, the Defendant, against the victim B, obtained profits equivalent to the amount of money by failing to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 11,700 for eight hours and thirty (8:30) as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount of the fee even by using a computer installed therein.

2. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on October 3, 2017, by deceiving the victim E from around 18 hours to use a computer and thereby acquiring profits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay the victim the amount equivalent to 32,700 won.

3. On October 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:43, committed fraud against the victim H, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim from the victim H in Busan-si room operated by the victim H in Busan-si on the said method, and by failing to pay the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 33,600 for about 16 hours, thereby acquiring profits equivalent to the said amount.

4. On October 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:36, the victim K, by deceiving the victim by the aforementioned means in the Mai-si Ma, operated by the victim K, the Defendant acquired profits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 37,600 for about 22 hours, by using the computer at around 22 hours.
