Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2013, the Defendant was a foreigner of Chinese nationality, and was staying in the Republic of Korea as a visa for visiting employment (H-2) on April 8, 2013, and tried to obtain a certificate of a national technical qualification witness to implement and issue a national technical qualification examination at the Korea Technology Qualification Examination Institute entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea in order to change the visa. However, the Defendant decided to apply for the examination by unlawful means in collusion with C, Chinese, who is not capable of interpreting and

At around 10:30 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) issued a mobile phone and radio wheel phone, etc. in Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to take the written examination of qualification as a data processing technician at 19 times in 2015; (b) issued a mobile phone and radio wheel phone, etc., which was operated by Chinese nationals C to take a test issue; and (c) indicated the answer on the computer screen as the non-offender received a written examination of qualification as a data processing technician at 19 times in Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, 2015.

In 2015, the Defendant applied for the examination in such unlawful manner as above, and obstructed the fair management of the written examination of the 19th regular data processing technician qualification conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea by deceptive means.

On March 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 09:30, at the Suwon Industrial High School located in 254 at the 254-ro YY YYY YE, issued a radio earphone, etc. delivered as stated in the preceding paragraph to apply for the practical examination of qualification of a data processing technician at least seven times of full-time engineer in 2015; and (b) drawn up a answer as the non-offender does not give a correct answer.

In 2015, the Defendant applied for the examination in such unlawful manner as above, and obstructed the fair management of the practical examination of the qualification certificate of the full-time information processing technician conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea by deceptive means.
