Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is K5 taxi drivers.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or cause any danger to traffic, or cause any danger to traffic, continuously or repeatedly, by committing any violation of speed or safety distance, violation of overtaking methods, violation of prohibition of rapid stop, etc.

Nevertheless, around 09:19 on September 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven the above taxi at a speed of 174km from Incheon International Airport Expressway to the quarterly point of airport entrance in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) again violated the restriction speed by driving the above road at a speed of 100km from Incheon Airport Airport to 174km; (c) around 09:28 on the same day, the Defendant violated the restriction speed by driving the above road at a speed of 80km at a speed of 137 km to 187 km to 187 km away from Incheon International Airport; and (d) committed an act in violation of the direction of the restriction speed, thereby threateninging or threatening another person to drive the road at a speed of more than 17 km to a speed of 100 km; and (e) committed an act in violation of the direction of the restriction speed, thereby threateninging or threatening another person to drive the road.
