A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

A seized knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

While the defendant was aware of the victim C(40 years of age) and about six months prior to the victim C(40 years of age), he was thought that the victim who was aged lower than himself was injured by disregarding himself, beer, etc., and had a bad appraisal of the victim.

At around 22:05 on September 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had first been a child play in Jinju-si D; (b) had the victim avoided himself; (c) had the victim complained of himself; and (d) had the victim ignoreed himself of the defect in the Etel near Jin-si Etel, Jinju-si, the Defendant’s residence.

At around 22:51 of the same day, the Defendant, in front of the above Etel, had the victim waiting again to “I am in the house,” and followed once by a knife (34 cm in total length, 23 cm in length) cited in the house, with a single knife (34 cm in total length, 23 cm in length) of the victim’s right hand hand, and one left chest.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to kill the victim, but the victim was suffering from an external wound and scarcity which is open within the scarcity that requires treatment for about six weeks, and the victim did not escape from the site and received treatment after being transmitted to the Gyeong University Hospital through 112 report, but did not commit an attempted crime.
