Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 9, 1997, the KJ owned AJ a forest land of 57,422 square meters in Suwon-si prior to the division (hereinafter “the forest before the division of this case”). AJ owned the forest land prior to the division of this case. Of the forest land before the division of this case on May 9, 197

C. As to the forests and fields purchased by AK from AJ, B
