Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2016, the Defendant 22:45 around 22:45, and around 6, 2016, obstructed disturbance for about 40 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant was unable to get off the bus operated by the victim C in front of the bus stop operated by the victim B, and (b) the victim was demanded to get off the bus, and (c) the Defendant cannot get off the bus with his own bank.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the bus operation of the victimized person by force.
