A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 4. Special intimidation.

A. On September 29, 2017, the Defendant returned home at around 11:20, as described in paragraph (1), and was in the same manner as the victim.
