A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2019, at around 00:00, the Defendant got the house of the victim in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, with the victim C (a family name, leisure, 22 years old) and the victim's daily living together with his/her daily living together with his/her daily living together with the victim at around 06:00 on the same day.
