1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant A and D are annexed to the E, F, G, H, and I’s ground of the Gyeongjin-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do;
2. Display of a building floor plan; 1,2,3,4,5.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is the Korea Rail Network Authority established under the Korea Rail Network Authority Act for the purposes of promoting the convenience of transportation for the people and contributing to the sound development of the national economy by ensuring that the construction and management of railroad facilities and other projects related thereto are efficiently implemented.
B. The Plaintiff is implementing JAD Construction (hereinafter “instant implementation project”).
On May 1, 2009, the approval of the implementation plan of the project in this case was publicly announced by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, and attached Form A owned by the Defendant according to the details of the project revised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced L on September 14, 2015 and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced M on May 26, 20
1. Each land indicated in the real estate list (hereinafter “instant land”) was determined as the planned land to be incorporated into the instant implementation project.
C. After publicly announcing the inspection of the compensation plan for the implementation of the instant implementation project, the Plaintiff continued consultation with Defendant A on the compensation for acquisition in accordance with the compensation plan, but did not reach an agreement.
Accordingly, on January 31, 2017, the Plaintiff expropriated the instant land from the Central Land Expropriation Committee and attached Form, which is a building on the ground.
2. The portion (i) of the ship connected in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1 in each column is 86.67 square meters of the above ground plan, and the part (ii) of the ship connected in sequence 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 9 in each order, which are 125.24 square meters of the above ground plan, and the part (iii) connected in each order of 15,16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25 square meters of the above ground plan, and 9.75 square meters of the boiler room, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 21 in each order, and the part (iv) connected to the warehouse and the part (v) of the building in each case are 14.27, 27, 207, 267, and 215.
3. The trees indicated in the tree list (hereinafter referred to as “the trees of this case”) are the trees of this case.
