A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant: (a) around April 17, 2012, the 2013 Man-Ma282, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant sent a trip from July 16, 2012 to Japan for five and six hours from July 16, 2012 to five and five and a half years from the University Department of the Victim AMF Association,” and that “The expenses per capita shall be KRW 980,000 (in this case, KRW 932,750, KRW 932,750)” and, at the expense of the Defendant, he/she would make a promise and prepare for airline tickets, hotels, etc., in response to the payment of expenses.”

However, in fact, the defendant had no intention or ability to allow the victim to travel in Japan because he was thought to use it as a travel agency's operating expenses and employee's salary even though he was paid travel expenses, etc. by another person.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the above, received KRW 10,00,000 from the university department of the victim AM church from the above-mentioned one day, and acquired it through the remittance of KRW 93,60,000 through ten times from such date to July 9, 2012 as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes.

2. The Defendant of the Jongno-gu Seoul AO building 420 is a person who has operated a travelr of the trade name (ju) E, Jongno-gu Seoul AO building 420.

On June 17, 2009, the Defendant committed the crime related to the deposit for the reservation of the airline tickets stated to the effect that the victim AP, who became aware of in the course of operating the travel company, “if the amount of the deposit for the reservation of the airline tickets is leased, would be paid immediately.”

However, in fact, the defendant had no intention or ability to repay even if he borrowed money from the victim due to personal circumstances and difficult management of the company.
