Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B in light of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

Around 00:10 on October 27, 201, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven a B L-Wing vehicle with a alcohol concentration of 0.218% under the influence of alcohol during blood around 00:10 on the road, and proceeded with a distance of about 1 km from the front of the Incheon Metropolitan City Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office to the front of the same Gu C.
