A Imprisonment of eight months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor of four months.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, one year each.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant who caused occupational injury is a person operating a water leisure business with the trade name of F in Ansan-si E.
