A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:30 on July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected to “E,” the Internet site, for the purpose of smoking at the Defendant’s accommodation located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul; (b) ordered approximately 21.41gg of temporary psychotropic drugs, 5F-AKB-48 (one sobbb, product name springing); and (c) sent KRW 1,450,500 from the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant to the HF bank account in the name of HF.

Since then, on August 10, 2013, the operator of the above Internet site in his name entered approximately 5F-AKB-48 g of approximately 21.41g in New York, New York, the New York, concealed it into the water industry, disguised international express cargo, and then sent it to the address received by the defendant's domicile, and then sent it to the Republic of Korea on August 11, 2013 through 588 of Asia and 588.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 21.41g of temporary psychotropic drugs (5F-AKB-48).
