Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2013, around 08:20 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant assaulted “C” heading-house employee D and Sifacing to drink alcohol while drinking alcohol at “C” heading-house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties regarding the police officer’s report by assaulting the police officer’s body, such as f, slope G, and patrolman called to the site upon receipt of 112 report, by separating the Defendant and D, and encouraging the Defendant to pay the drinking value and return home.
