Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the E representative in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnamnam-si, who runs construction machinery manufacturing business using 12 full-time workers.

On February 4, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant had G, H, and I, who are employed in the Fasan Factory, engaged in the business of manufacturing steel structure, perform the work of dismantling the prefabricated steel-frame tank, which is a heavy object, within the Fasan Factory.
