1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,036,466 and KRW 26,815,626 among them, from April 21, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of law (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the part on delay damages in the Plaintiff’s claim shall be partially dismissed.
