The judgment below

Examining the evidence of the first instance court’s adoption maintained by the lower court, the lower court’s determination that the instant facts charged were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of finding facts against logical and empirical rules.

In addition, the grounds of appeal asserted in the grounds of appeal are not legitimate grounds of appeal, as they are alleged in the grounds of appeal by the defendant, or by the court below as being subject to a judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
