1. The defendant

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. As from March 19, 2018, the delivery of the said real estate.

1. The basis for the request;

A. On May 17, 2017, a lease contract between C and the Defendant is concluded with each of the terms of 20 million won for lease deposit, 24 million won for monthly rent, and 2 years for lease period as stated in the attached list, respectively.

B. On March 19, 2018, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of real estate listed in the separate sheet from C, thereby succeeding to the lessor’s status.

C. As the Defendant delayed the payment of rent from March 19, 2018 to June 20, 2018 when the Plaintiff acquired ownership, the Defendant notified the Defendant of the termination of the lease contract on June 21, 2018.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
