Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for occupation and use of the so-called "B" coffee store from April 30, 2019 to May 22, 2019, installed facilities other than those necessary for creating greenbelts, such as three tables for business use, eight chairs, etc., available to customers of the above coffee store, in the Goyang-gu urban park green belt located adjacent to the "B" coffee store operated by the Defendant.
