Punishment of the crime

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a medical person, at the D’s house located in the Government-si B building C, around 12:00 on August 31, 2019, the Defendant receives 200,000,000 won in cash for the purpose of administering the project by inserting arms to E, using the injection device, infusing the ster to E’s face, and receiving cash as the cost of administering the project.
